The provisions of subsection (c)(6) of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-49,123 and amendments thereto apply to benefit increases provided under the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 74-4943 through 74-4950g and amendments thereto and to future benefit increases provided to retirants or local school annuitants.
