Act: means the provisions of Kan. See Kansas Statutes 74-50,211
Allocation: means the allocation of the state ceiling among governmental issuers as provided in this act. See Kansas Statutes 74-5059
Private activity bond: has the meaning ascribed thereto in the code. See Kansas Statutes 74-5059

This act shall be known and may be cited as the Kansas private activity bond allocation act.
