An applicant for a license shall submit an application on a form provided by the board and shall pay the license application fee provided for in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-5810a, and amendments thereto and shall show to the satisfaction of the board that such applicant:
(a) Is 21 years of age or older; and

- board: means the Kansas board of examiners in fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments. See Kansas Statutes 74-5807
- License: means an authorization to practice the fitting and dispensing of hearing instruments pursuant to this act and includes a temporary license and any certificate of endorsement issued prior to July 1, 2005. See Kansas Statutes 74-5807
(b) has graduated from an accredited high school or has a degree equivalent to graduation from an accredited high school.
