Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-7509
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
All licenses issued prior to the effective date of this act under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-5340 to 75-5361, inclusive, and amendments thereto, shall continue in force and effect until the expiration thereof as provided immediately prior to the effective date of this act under the provisions of the act under which such license was issued. All certificates issued prior to the effective date of this act under the certification of psychologists act of the state of Kansas shall continue in force and effect until the expiration thereof as provided immediately prior to the effective date of this act under the provisions of the act under which such certificates were issued.
