At such time as the board of Kansas Venture Capital, Inc. redeems all of its nonvoting preferred stock as authorized pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-8203, and amendments thereto, the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-8203, 74-8204, 74-8207, 74-8208, 74-8209 and 74-8210 shall expire.
