Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 74-8808

  • Commission: means the Kansas racing and gaming commission created by this act. See Kansas Statutes 74-8802
  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

Each member, employee or appointee of the commission, including stewards and racing judges, shall furnish bond or other good and sufficient security in an amount and upon such terms as established by the state committee on surety bonds and insurance pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4101 et seq., and amendments thereto. The cost of any such bonds shall be paid by the commission.
