The authority is exempt from the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 12-1675 through 12-1677, 45-401 through 45-413, 75-2925 through 75-2975, 75-3701 through 75-37,119, 75-4363, 75-4701 through 75-4744, and 77-501 through 77-550 and 75-4362, and amendments thereto.
