Except as otherwise provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-141 through 75-147, and amendments thereto, all powers, duties, and functions of the commission on disability concerns under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 74-6701 et seq., and amendments thereto, are hereby transferred to and imposed upon the commission.
