Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-3307

All deeds or other documents pertaining to titles to real estate in connection with institutions as defined in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 76-12a01, and amendments thereto, shall be placed and remain in the custody of the secretary of state. The secretary for aging and disability services shall have custody and control of such land and the same shall belong to the state of Kansas. The secretary for aging and disability services may enter into lease agreements for real estate surplus to the immediate or long term need of any such institution.
