Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4298

  • State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Kansas Statutes 77-201

As used in the city utility low-interest loan program:

(a) “City” means a city organized and existing under the laws of Kansas or a municipal energy agency as defined in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 12-886, and amendments thereto;

(b) “director of investments” means the person appointed as the director of investments pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-4222, and amendments thereto;

(c) “loan” means a deposit of unencumbered state funds to a city pursuant to the program; and

(d) “program” means the city utility low-interest loan program.
