Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-4605

The secretary of administration may contract with the head of any state agency operating facilities available for the maintenance, repair, and storage of state owned motor vehicles to provide for maintenance, repair and storage of motor vehicles of the central motor pool or any branch thereof. He or she may also maintain or contract with any person in the manner provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-3739 for such storage and repair facilities as he or she may deem necessary for the motor vehicles of the central motor pool or any branch thereof, and may provide for or contract with any person in the manner provided for by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-3739 to provide reasonable maintenance, repair, or storage facilities in connection therewith.
