Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-6510

(a) In exercising and performing the powers, duties and functions prescribed by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-6501 to 75-6511, inclusive, the Kansas state employees health care commission may adopt rules and regulations and enter into such contracts as may be necessary.

(b) The Kansas state employees health care commission may establish an advisory committee to advise the commission on matters relating to health care benefits of state officers and employees and to assist the commission in the development of policy with respect to such benefits.

(c) The Kansas state employees health care commission shall maintain an ongoing study and review of the state health care benefits program in order to make necessary improvements therein and to make recommendations thereon under Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-6509.
