In accordance with Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-702, the attorney general of the State of Kansas is hereby required to file and vigorously prosecute a suit challenging the constitutionality of conditioning receipt of federal funds on the state’s compliance with the provisions of the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act of 1996.
