(a) Every application for an initial or a renewal license shall be accompanied by a fee in an amount fixed by the attorney general pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-7b22, and amendments thereto.
(b) In addition to the application fee imposed pursuant to subsection (a), if the applicant is an organization and any of its officers, directors, partners or associates intends to engage in the business of such organization as a private detective, such officer, director, partner or associate shall make a separate application for a license and pay a fee in an amount fixed by the attorney general pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 75-7b22, and amendments thereto.
Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 75-7b05
- Organization: means a corporation, trust, estate, partnership, cooperative or association. See Kansas Statutes 75-7b01
- Private detective: means any person who, for any consideration whatsoever, engages in detective business. See Kansas Statutes 75-7b01
