Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 76-344

If the state board of regents and the owners of any property which the said board desires to purchase as herein authorized cannot agree as to the price to be paid therefor, or if the owner of the property refuses to sell the property, the state board of regents is authorized to exercise the right of eminent domain in the manner provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 26-501 to 26-516.
