The state board of regents is hereby authorized to convey the real property located in Sedgwick county, Kansas, and more specifically described as lots 18 and 20 of Beal and Berry’s Subdivision replatted as Lot 2, Block 2 KUMC Addition to Wichita in the city of Wichita, Sedgwick county, Kansas, to Sedgwick county in accordance with the lease agreement entered into with Sedgwick county during 1994 concerning such real property. The conveyance authorized by this section shall not be subject to the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 75-3043a and amendments thereto.
