Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 76-747

Within the limits of appropriations therefor, a state educational institution may purchase property and casualty insurance on buildings and equipment of housing facilities, student unions and student health facilities operated by the state educational institution. As used in this section, “state educational institution” has the meaning ascribed to that term by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 76-711 and amendments thereto.
