  • Docket: A log containing brief entries of court proceedings.

Judicial review is initiated by filing a petition for judicial review in the appropriate court and payment of the docket fee as required by Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 60-2001 and amendments thereto. A petition for judicial review may seek any type of relief available under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 77-622 and amendments thereto. If a petition seeks any type of relief available under Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 77-622 and amendments thereto, such petition shall be deemed a petition for judicial review under this section, however such petition may be characterized on the face thereof.
