- director: shall mean the director of property valuation;
(g) "classification" shall mean those classifications which apply to real property contained in Kan. See Kansas Statutes 79-1486

Annually, at least 10 business days prior to the mailing of change of valuation notices pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 79-1460, and amendments thereto, the county or district appraiser shall cause to be published in the official county newspaper and on the official county website, if the county maintains a county website, the results of the market study analysis as prescribed by the director of the division of property valuation of the department of revenue.
