Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 79-34,107
- Person: means any natural person, partnership, firm, association, joint stock company, syndicate or corporation, or any receiver, trustee, conservator or other officer appointed pursuant to law or by any court, state or federal. See Kansas Statutes 79-3490
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of the act and the application of such provision to any other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
