Any motor vehicle may be operated under the conditions specified in Kan. Stat. Ann. § 8-1703 when equipped with two (2) lighted lamps upon the front thereof capable of revealing persons and vehicles one hundred (100) feet ahead in lieu of lamps required in Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 8-1724 or 8-1726: Provided, That at no time shall it be operated at a speed in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour.
