Terms Used In Kansas Statutes 8-2010b

A person, partnership, association, corporation, municipality or public official shall not operate, or cause to be operated upon a public highway, road or street within this state, a motor vehicle which is required to be designated under the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. § 8-2010, and amendments thereto, with a red light, siren or both unless such vehicle has been designated as an authorized emergency vehicle pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 8-2010, and amendments thereto.
