The provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 82a-1036 to 82a-1039, inclusive, of this act shall be part of and supplemental to the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 82a-1020 to 82a-1035, inclusive, and acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
