- National Bank: A bank that is subject to the supervision of the Comptroller of the Currency. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is a bureau of the U.S. Treasury Department. Each state bank, national bank and trust company located and doing business within the state of Kansas is hereby authorized to enter into repurchase agreements with the pooled money investment board under any statute authorizing the board to enter into such agreements.
