Every officer, director, agent or employee of a bank or trust company required by the state banking code to take an oath or affirmation, who shall willfully swear or affirm falsely, shall be guilty of perjury, and upon conviction shall be punished as provided by Kan. Stat. Ann. § 21-5903, and amendments thereto.
