The commissioner at any time may review the activities of any bank holding company with a subsidiary bank in Kansas and its subsidiary banks to determine if the proposals of the company as stated in the information provided pursuant to Kan. Stat. Ann. § 9-533, and amendments thereto, are being fulfilled. The commissioner may require the company and such banks to furnish such additional information as the commissioner finds necessary to make such determination.
