Terms Used In Kansas Statutes > Chapter 48 > Article 22 - Code of Military Justice; Apprehension and Restraint

  • Arrest: Taking physical custody of a person by lawful authority.
  • Minor: means any person defined by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
  • Probable cause: A reasonable ground for belief that the offender violated a specific law.
