The Attorney General may adopt regulations necessary to prevent conflict with federal laws and regulations or the loss of federal funds. The Attorney General may adopt regulations to establish procedures necessary to guarantee due process of law. These regulations shall be consistent with the purpose and intent of KRS § 15.800 to KRS § 15.876.
