The Bluegrass State Skills Corporation shall not accept applications for skills training investment credits described in KRS § 154.12-2084 to KRS § 154.12-2089 after July 14, 2018. All outstanding projects with preliminary or final approval under KRS § 154.12-2084 to
154.12-2089 as of July 14, 2018, shall continue to be governed by those provisions.
