Every project of the authority shall be open to regular policing by the Department of
Kentucky State Police as in the case of other public highways of the Commonwealth.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 175.480
- authority: shall mean the Turnpike Authority of Kentucky. See Kentucky Statutes 175.410
- public highways: shall include all public highways, roads and streets in the Commonwealth, whether maintained by the Commonwealth or by any county, city, town or other political subdivision or agency. See Kentucky Statutes 175.410
- State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
