The standards to be utilized in the inspection of sprinkler systems shall be the standards set forth in the National Fire Protection Association’s Article 25: Standard for the Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems and shall be the edition prescribed by the commissioner or other national standard as approved by the commissioner.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 198B.6411
- Commissioner: means the commissioner of the department. See Kentucky Statutes 198B.010
- Construction: means the erection, fabrication, reconstruction, substantial alteration or conversion of a building, or the installation of equipment therein, but shall not include the ordinary repair of a building or structure. See Kentucky Statutes 198B.010
