(1) There is established in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the use by the board. (2) All fees and other money received by the board in accordance with KRS § 198B.706,
198B.712, 198B.714, 198B.722, and 198B.724 shall be deposited in the revolving
fund established in subsection (1) of this section.
(3) No part of this revolving fund shall revert to the general fund.
(4) The compensation of board members and all of the board’s expenses incurred by the board shall be paid from this revolving fund.
