The Attorney General shall:
(1) On behalf of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, have jurisdiction to enforce this chapter; and
(2) Bring an action against the Cabinet for Health and Family Services if any statutory provisions are not fully implemented as required by KRS § 205.178, 205.1781,
205.1783, 205.193, 205.200, 205.231, 205.232, 205.525, 205.5371, 205.5372,
205.5373, 205.5374, 205.5375, 205.5376, and 205.725 or for any violation thereof.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 205.173
- Action: includes all proceedings in any court of this state. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- Attorney: means attorney-at-law. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- Cabinet: means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. See Kentucky Statutes 205.010
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
(2) Bring an action against the Cabinet for Health and Family Services if any statutory provisions are not fully implemented as required by KRS § 205.178, 205.1781,
205.1783, 205.193, 205.200, 205.231, 205.232, 205.525, 205.5371, 205.5372,
205.5373, 205.5374, 205.5375, 205.5376, and 205.725 or for any violation thereof.
