The cabinet shall implement the provisions of KRS § 205.900 to KRS § 205.920 on a statewide basis and shall serve at least two hundred (200) severely physically disabled adults or more as provided in the state executive branch budget bill.

- branch budget: means an enactment by the General Assembly which provides appropriations and establishes fiscal policies and conditions for the biennial financial plan for the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch, which shall include a separate budget bill for the Transportation Cabinet. - Cabinet: means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. See Kentucky Statutes 205.010
