The reports required under KRS § 213.101 are statistical reports to be used only for medical and health purposes and shall not be incorporated into the permanent official records of the system of vital statistics.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 213.106

  • System of vital statistics: means the registration, collection, preservation, amendment, and certification of vital records and the collection of other reports required by this chapter. See Kentucky Statutes 213.011
