(1) “Cabinet” means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and
(2) “Sexually transmitted disease” means syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, genital herpes, nongonococcal urethritis, mucopurulent cervicitis, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, chlamydia trachomatis infections, and any other sexually transmitted disease designated by the cabinet under the provisions of KRS Chapter
13A.
