(1) All hearings required by KRS § 217B.010 to KRS § 217B.990 shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
(2) Appeals may be taken from all final orders of the department to the Franklin Circuit
Court in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
