The board of directors may, by resolution reciting the need, order the condemnation for the district of any real property or interest therein that may, in the opinion of the board, be necessary for the proposed construction of any structure authorized by KRS § 220.010 to
220.520, and any property taken for a public use may again be taken by the district if necessary. Proceedings for condemnation shall be conducted in the manner prescribed in the Eminent Domain Act of Kentucky. No payment or award in any condemnation proceedings or for the cost or expense of such proceedings shall be made except from the funds provided under the authority of KRS § 220.010 to KRS § 220.520.
