Any person violating any provision of KRS § 221.010 to KRS § 221.100 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) for the first offense, and not less than one hundred dollars ($100) for the second and for each and every subsequent offense, and each day that any violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
