The cabinet shall establish and maintain a registry that contains all environmental covenants and any amendments to or terminations of those environmental covenants. The registry also may contain any other information concerning environmental covenants and the real property subject to those environmental covenants that the cabinet deems appropriate. The registry shall be deemed a public record under KRS § 61.872 to KRS § 61.884.

- Cabinet: means the Energy and Environment Cabinet. See Kentucky Statutes 224.80-100
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
