The Commissioner of the Kentucky Department of Agriculture shall submit an annual report to the Interim Joint Committee on Health Services and the Interim Joint Committee on Agriculture, which includes but is not limited to:
(1) The amount of funding received for the Kentucky Farmers Market Nutrition
Program;
(2) The economic impact of the program;
(3) Strategies implemented to market the program and improve nutrition; and
(4) Statistics related to the number of individuals served and farmers’ markets participating in the program.

(1) The amount of funding received for the Kentucky Farmers Market Nutrition
Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 260.032
- Commissioner: means the Commissioner of Agriculture. See Kentucky Statutes 260.010
- Joint committee: Committees including membership from both houses of teh legislature. Joint committees are usually established with narrow jurisdictions and normally lack authority to report legislation.
Program;
(2) The economic impact of the program;
(3) Strategies implemented to market the program and improve nutrition; and
(4) Statistics related to the number of individuals served and farmers’ markets participating in the program.
