KRS § 273.600 to KRS § 273.645 apply to an institutional fund existing on or established after July 15, 2010. As applied to institutional funds existing on July 15, 2010, KRS § 273.600 to KRS § 273.645 govern only decisions made or actions taken on or after that date.
