Each professional service corporation shall file an annual report as provided in KRS
14A.6-010. A duplicate original copy of each annual report shall be filed with the regulating board which licenses the shareholders of the corporation.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 274.105
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Corporation: may extend and be applied to any corporation, company, partnership, joint stock company, or association. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
- Regulating board: means the governmental agency which is charged by law with the licensing and regulation of the practice of the profession which the professional service corporation is organized to render. See Kentucky Statutes 274.005
