All fees collected and paid into the State Treasury under the provisions of KRS Chapters
292 and 366 and of Subtitles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 of KRS Chapter 286, or any industry regulated by the department shall be credited to a revolving trust or agency fund account, as provided in KRS § 45.253, for the Department of Financial Institutions and shall be separately accounted for and shall be used solely for the administration and enforcement of said KRS chapters.

  • branch budget: means an enactment by the General Assembly which provides appropriations and establishes fiscal policies and conditions for the biennial financial plan for the judicial branch, the legislative branch, and the executive branch, which shall include a separate budget bill for the Transportation Cabinet.   • Department: means the Department of Financial Institutions. See Kentucky Statutes 286.1-010
  • State: when applied to a part of the United States, includes territories, outlying possessions, and the District of Columbia. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
