Any corporation which on June 14, 1962, was authorized under the authority of this subtitle (1960 or prior editions) to engage in the industrial loan business shall retain such right, and a renewal certificate shall automatically issue to such charter holder upon application or request and upon payment of the fees provided in KRS § 286.7-410 to KRS § 286.7-
600.
