(1) Every insurer shall provide to the commissioner information to demonstrate to what extent the insurer’s rates are based upon its Kentucky experience.
(2) Every insurer shall provide to the commissioner information to demonstrate its compliance with the requirements contained in KRS § 304.13-410 which requires workers’ compensation rates to be based on the net experience of an employer policyholder who has selected a deductible policy as authorized by KRS § 304.13-
