There is hereby created in the State Treasury the licensed professional art therapy practice board fund. All funds received by the board under the provisions of KRS § 309.133 to
309.137 shall be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the licensed professional art therapy board fund. The State Treasurer shall invest the fund as all other state funds are invested and income from investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund. The balance remaining in the fund at the end of any fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund. The money in the licensed professional art therapy board fund shall be appropriated to the board and shall be used for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of KRS
309.130 to 309.1399.
