Fees received by the board under the provisions of KRS § 311.864 to KRS § 311.890 shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a trust and agency fund and may be appropriated by the General Assembly for the use of the board in defraying the cost of administering the provisions of KRS § 311.864 to KRS § 311.890. No part of this fund shall revert to the general fund of this Commonwealth.
