No person shall use unsafe or defective material in the work of plumbing or drainage. Only the best known methods of installing materials, fixtures, appurtenances and appliances, including water supply piping, waste, ventilating and soil piping, and sewage piping shall be employed.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 318.150
- Person: means any individual, public or private corporation, political subdivision,
government agency, municipality, copartnership, association, firm, trust, estate, or
other entity whatsoever. See Kentucky Statutes 318.010 - Plumbing: means the art of installing in buildings the pipes for distributing the water supply, the fixtures for using water and drainage pipes for removing waste water and sewage, together with fittings, appurtenances, and appliances of various kinds, all within or adjacent to the building.
