Kentucky Statutes 324.220 – No other license to be issued for five years after revocation

No person who has had a broker‘s or sales associate‘s license revoked shall be issued another license for five (5) years from the date of revocation. All persons seeking issuance of another license after the five (5) year period of revocation may do so only at the discretion of the commission and shall retake the appropriate examination and meet all of the contemporary licensing requirements.

Terms Used In Kentucky Statutes 324.220
- Broker: means any person who is licensed under KRS §. See Kentucky Statutes 324.010
- Commission: means the Kentucky Real Estate Commission. See Kentucky Statutes 324.010
- Revoked: means the status of a license when disciplinary action has been ordered that removes the licensee's legal authority to broker real estate for a minimum of five (5) years. See Kentucky Statutes 324.010
- Sales associate: means any person licensed in accordance with KRS §. See Kentucky Statutes 324.010
- Year: means calendar year. See Kentucky Statutes 446.010
